Chef Ralf's - "Aloha Santa" gingerbread village with its European style mountain village includes the majestic Mountain Isabelle and replicas of Kawaihao Misssion Church, Moana Surfrider Hotel, and Iolani Palace. This Hawaii Christmas display took an estimated 660 hours to contruct, 100 pounds of dark chocolate, 30 pounds of white chocolate, 60 sheets of gingerbread, 200 gallons of icing and tons of aloha.
